The Property Stylist is experienced in employing home staging techniques and limited budgets to style with impact. The design scheme she proposes will incorporate furniture and other items you already own and will be in accordance with your budget. The Property Stylist may suggest general decluttering, re-utilising furniture in different rooms and will recommend new colour schemes, accessories, lighting, etc. where required.

What's involved?

• Following an initial brief telephone conversation, The Property Stylist arranges to visit your property.
• The Property Stylist will view your home and discuss how you use your living space and the look and feel you want to achieve
• The Property Stylist will take into consideration the furniture you want to use and will point out changes you can make to restyle the room.
• Following the visit, The Property Stylist provides a written report, illustrated with photos, which will recommend how you can make changes to refresh your home, tailored to your budget.
  
  

Service Fee

From £375 for an average property with up to 3 bedrooms.
Add £50 for each additional room.
Consultations last approximately 2 hours.
Report is provided within 7 working days of the consultation visit.
