Written reportFollowing a Verbal Consultation visit, The Property Stylist can produce a written Property Consultation Report, illustrated with photos, which will recommend how you can optimise your property, so that it appeals to a maximum number of potential tenants, tailored to your budget. It will identify any opportunities to give your property the letting factor and will offer advice on the changes required to help let your property for the best possible price. Service Fee

Project managed stylingFollowing your consultation you may choose to ask The Property Stylist to help you implement the recommendations made. This service is ideal if you do not have time to implement the changes yourself. Or perhaps you don't feel confident about styling your own property. If this is the case then The Property Stylist will manage the process for you. Service Fee Fees are dependent on the scope of the project. Full details are provided once this has been defined. The cost of the initial verbal consultation will be deducted from project management fee. |
