• You submit colour photographs or video for each room you would like The Property Stylist to analyse.
• Photos or video should be of high resolution or quality and should cover the following:
  • all four corners of the room
  • key features of the room (e.g fireplaces; period features, views etc.)
  • floors
  • ceilings
• The Property Stylist will provide written recommendations which will identify how you can make the most of your room, tailored to your budget. It will describe any opportunities to give your property a wow factor and will offer advice on the changes required to help you enjoy your property at its best.
